You probably know just how much I love stripy sock yarn. So when I spotted that Liz, who is The Yarn Badger, was planning a Christmassy skein for Advent, I just couldn’t resist! The colourway is called ‘Christmas Lights’ and came as two 50g skeins plus a 20g mini for contrast heels and toes. Also included was a Christmas teabag, a couple of candy canes and some cute stitch markers. It’s all wound and sat in my festive Snoopy project bag from Gilly Makes ready for casting on this afternoon. xxx

Oh gosh Helen; that yarn is gorgeous! However, I am chuckling to myself at the thought of you casting on yet another pair of socks. At some point when you have a finishing spree there is going to be a positive avalanche of socks coming off your needles.
Are you going to be posting every day during advent? If you are that is good news indeed; I do enjoy your posts.
