Dear Mum

Dear Mum,
I know that I do have lots of comfortable, snuggly warm places to sleep. But...................... what I'd like more than anything else in the whole wide world is my very own Rene blankie. In the meantime, I'll just use your Rene sweater back.

flo's new blankie (3)

Lots of love and purrs,

Flo xxx

PS I think pink is very 'me', don't you?

Sweet child of mine!!!! This is why my knitting lives where the cats can't get at it.

lol! NO! I think the pink is MINE! ;-)
I've got a pair of cats who both think that things left lying are for their comfort, in particular they enjoy sewing patterns/tissue paper! and PINS!

although i have a feeling if you knit her a blanket of her own she's still want to sleep on the back of your sweaters!

Aaah, My Poppy cat has settled in for the winter on one of my blankets that she knows she is not allowed on - haven't had the heart to shift her off yet.

AWww I'm really enjoying reading your tales of Flo (and I'm not a cat fan tbh)! Very impressed with your spinning (off to try and procure come Cormo). Loved the pictures of Cambridge, it looks beautiful and that ceiling is absolutely spectacular. My neighbour's dog (an elderly but very cheeky retriever) invited himself into my house today, not before almost stealing my crochet first (which was on my chair outside). Pets eh!
