If you’re looking for a quick gift knit, let me point you in the direction of the Homebody Hat. I knit one in just a couple of days and have just wound the yarn for a second one. My pompoms are from The Crafty Bird on Etsy and are every bit as fluffy as they look. I’m having to keep them out of Flo’s reach as I think she’d definitely like one as a trophy! You can buy the pattern from Ravelry here. I used a superwash merino DK in Russet from Norah George Yarns for the red one and the grey is a Fyberspates DK yarn. xxx
