Fibre 4 Fibres Giveaway preview 22

I'm writing this post a day early (Thursday) and it's scheduled to be published on Friday as usual. I'm getting it done now as tomorrow I'll be back at the hospital for round 3 of the chemo. I've got some post-chemo chocolate all ready and waiting for me when I get home and will then have a quiet few days getting over the worst of the side effects. I'm lucky in that I don't seem to be losing my hair (which happens to some people on this particular drug) and the nausea isn't bad enough for me to have stop having it. Thank goodness for that!

This week's raffle prize is an absolute riot of colour and I hope that you love it as much as I do. The prize includes a colourful drawstring project bag which has been sewn and donated by an Instagram friend Steph, a gorgeous self striping yarn donated by Elaine at Fab Funky Fibres, a skein of pretty 4 ply yarn from Burrow and Soar, a ball of Hot Socks yarn donated by my friend Karen with a contrasting mini skein from Blue Fern Yarns, a fox dpn case sewn and donated by Sarah at Scruffy Dog Eco, a set of Knit Pro dpns donated by Julie at Suffolk Socks, a fun pin badge and last but not least, some beautiful beaded stitch markers donated by Scarlet Stitchcraft. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated a prize this week. I have so much fun putting things together to create each prize.

You have a chance to win all these gorgeous prizes for a minimum donation of £2 - less than the price of a cup of coffee! Are you tempted to try your luck? Here's everything you need to know. This giveaway will run this coming Sunday 30th August, closing at 23:55. To enter, go to my JustGiving page here and buy your virtual raffle tickets by donating £2 or more. £2 gets you 2 tickets, £3 gets you 3 tickets, £5 gets you 5 tickets and so on. The more you donate, the greater your chance of winning. You will need to leave your Instagram or Ravelry name, or tick the box to share your details with me when you make your donation, so that I can contact you if you are the winner. All your donations go the Myositis UK to help fund research into this incurable muscle disease, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support. Every single donation is important. Let's see how much we can raise this weekend! £5000 is the next milestone to reach and then I'm half way to my target. xxx

Good luck with your treatment; I really hope that it doesn't leave you feeling too drained. Make sure that you enjoy your chocolate and a cuddle from Flo when you get home. Well done with your fantastic fundraising.
